What are the three most important lessons you have learned building your business?
My patients’ needs and concerns are my number one priority. I will always provide an environment of compassion and trust. Accessibility is key; I am always accessible to my patients, especially in their time of need.

What has been the role of luck in your success?
I rarely use the term “luck” in reference to my success. I believe success occurs when hard work and preparation meet opportunity.

What have been some make-or-break moments in your career—important client meetings, presentations, procurement, pitches, etc.?
I place a great emphasis on the importance of a valuable team. It is important to secure and maintain employees with values and standards aligned to my level of professionalism and care regarding patients’ needs and concerns. The patient experience begins with a greeting of warmth and friendliness from everyone you may meet on my team and concludes with the feeling of exceptional service that each team member has provided for you.

On those impossible days, what motivates you to keep going?
I am motivated by my patients’ needs and my desire to deliver quality care and service to them. I desire to exceed my patients’ expectations for care and comfort.

What is your guilty pleasure?
