Olivetti, McCray & Withrow, LLC

What began over 10 years ago as one woman attorney shuffling a lot of paper on her own, has grown to the firm of Olivetti, McCray & Withrow, LLC. Cathy West Olivetti began practicing law back in 1989, when she first moved to Hilton Head Island. She always enjoyed helping her clients with financial matters like real estate and probate.
In 2010, she was lucky enough to meet and hire Alisa McCray, who was busy focusing her practice on helping individuals and families with their estate and transition planning. In 2014, needing a seasoned litigator, Daphne Withrow joined the firm, bringing her nursing background and passion for medical and personal injury cases to the firm. Recently, associate attorney Craig Smith joined OMW. While Smith was a natural fit with his solid real estate and litigation background, his sense of humor and ability to work with three opinionated women partners was a selling point. Together, the attorneys and staff share a strong sense of helping their clients achieve their goals and objectives in a supportive and approachable way…and thanks to technology, shuffling paper has never been easier.
