September 2012: Hello My Name is....Ogunsheye Rohlsen(Sheye)
Author: | Photographer: Mark Staff Photography
Hi, My name is Ogunsheye Rohlsen, but my friends call me **Sheye. You may have seen me at Harris Teeter or Walmart. I grew up in the boring/**exciting** town of St. Croix.
When I was five, my hero was God, but now God is still the person I most admire. It’s been 10 years since I first came to Hilton Head Island, and to me, the biggest change is the beaches are more crowded.
If someone were to ask me for advice about Hilton Head, I would tell them it’s pretty. Come visit! My line of work is bagger at Harris Teeter and I chose this profession because it’s a good job.
If I were mayor of** HHI**/Bluffton, my first order of business would be bringing more jobs here.
My favorite time of the year on HHI/Bluffton, is Christmas because it is special.
In closing, when you turn the page, I hope you remember me, but definitely not ——————.
(Just remember me!)

I have known Sheye all of his life and he is a wonderful person and very kind-hearted like his mother and very talkative and handsome like his father. Everyone should get to know him as a person and you will agree. Miss you Sheye.

This is my late brother’s son. I told Sheye, his father would have been so proud of him as I am. Keep trusting God Sheye; you are special. Love you, Aunt Denise
